PRESENTATION

Towards the end of 2003, a small group of civil engineering consultants decided to join up to create INGERCO (Ingénierie-conseil et recherche appliquée), a civil engineering consulting firm. Since early 2004, INGERCO has been a member in good standing of the Order of Consulting Engineers of Mali (Ordre des Ingénieurs-Conseils du Mali, www.oicm.org).

INGERCO’s founders were Dramane Diallo, Ibrahima Diallo and Jean Corbeil. All three are engineers with 15, 7 and 30 years respectively of civil engineering experience. Dramane Diallo, INGERCO’s Director, has been involved in very many projects in Mali and in West Africa. Jean Corbeil, a Canadian national, worked on projects in Canada, West Africa, Asia, Central America and the Caribbean. The third member of the initial team is Ibrahima Diallo, topographical engineer.

INGERCO’s raison d’être has always been the timely and proper execution of consulting engineering mandates in the fields of land use and infrastructures, for private industry or governmental agencies.

INGERCO is a limited liability corporation (société à responsabilité limitée - SARL), of entirely Malian ownership. The corporate headquarters are in Bamako, the capital of the Republic of Mali.
