INGERCO has had opportunities to be involved in all phases of a construction project, from the preliminary design to the planning and management of the works. Some mandates were made good by way of strategic partnerships with external experts, but most were executed with its in-house personnel.

Said mandates were in the following fields:

Determination of needs and feasibility studies;
Preliminary and final designs;
Detail and shop drawings on behalf of contractors;
Preparation and production of tender documentation;
Supervision and coordination of works;
Technical and management audits.

From the firm’s very inception, the partners have promoted a work ethic based on high standards of intellectual honesty, avoidance of any semblance of conflict of interest, and, finally, production of un?compromising technical solutions.
